Block POPUp?

I have Windows XP Pro with SP2 and IE6 install on my system. particulary while i am login into hutch.co.in sit and clik on MY HUTCH, its showing on the status bar "A POPUP BLOKED".But i uninstall the google and yahoo and rediff toolbar and also i deselect the popup bloked from internet options.
