Chest pain and nausea?

Well without knowing everything that's going on, chest pain can be allot of things from gas to a heart attack. Chest pressure is what we look for in a heart attack, along with other things like pain in the left arm, pain in jaw, sweating , vomiting. It is probably nothing but better to get checked.
