Did You Have Abdominal Pain Early In Your Pregnancy?

I been having abdominal pain its like a dull ache and it just sits there in my right side going into my lower back for 2 weeks now i'm having a ultrasound on the 11th to see what the problem is my period is suppose to come on the 13th and i been having tenderness heartburn twinges in my stomach and legs really gy and i don't know if i'm pregnant i just want to know if any of you had this early in your pregnancy. p.s. i'm not bleeding or anything
