Replacement Furnace and Air conditioner?

I Got several estimates for a furnace and air conditioner. And I just can't decide which equipment to go with. All the dealers I called are reliable and have been in business for 25 or more years. Basically I have three options from three dealers. Option one, Carrier infinity furnace 3-stage 95% EFF. with a 2 stage 16-17 seer A/C, not the infinity $7600. Option 2, Armstrong 2-stage 95% EFF. with a American Standard Allegiance 13 A/C $6125.Option 3, York 97.5% EFF. Modulating Furnace with a humidifier, air cleaner, some UV lights,chimney liner and cap, plus a two stage 15 SEER A/C $6425. I live in Wisconsin so I mostly use heat. All include 10 years parts and labor. Any advice? Thanks in advance.
