What is R.O.R Concerts?

My friend and I signed this sheet that went around Vans Wapred Tour last year. The person handing it out said that if we wanted to work for R.O.R concerts. He said that we would get paid to go to concerts in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The guy in charge called my friend and told him a little about R.O.R concerts and then he asked if we wanted to go to a concert and he'd ship the tickets to us but we just have to go ask people if they knew anyone in a high school/college band. every signature we got gave us $2. Its not a joke,we probably went at least 6 times to 6 different concerts. But when i was trying to look up R.O.R concerts, nothing popped up. not even a business page, nor a facebook page. To be quite honest, its kinda creepy. but its worth it..right? Anyone wanna help me out trying to find out what R.O.R concerts is?
