What is the sequence of activities required to finish a typical basement?

In what order do the basic activities related with finishing a basement occur? Framing, lighting/electrical, HVAC, plumbing, drywall, etc... I'm thinking about trying to do this step by step over a period of time, trying parts myself and hiring for other steps, but I'd like to know which comes in which order? Thanks!
