Will BMW rims fit on an Infiniti?

A friend of mine has a set of 20" aftermarket rims on his 2003 BMW 525i I like and I was curious to know if it convince him to sell them to me will they fit on a 2006 Infiniti M45? Im not sure of the rim measurements
