When will my Get bigger?

okk...im 14 years old and im about 5"11 and weigh 145...and i have been wondering when my will get bigger ...ive been going through puberty for about a year and a half....and i feel left behind because all of my friends have already gotten bigger.....oh and is it true that the later you hit puberty the bigger your will be???...plez help
