Halloween prank ideas... please help1?

as we all know halloween is coming up and i need some prank ideas. my cousin is very gullible and will believe anything. keep that in mind because that could help you with ideas. i was going to pretend to be a lawn ornament like a scare crow and jump out at him but that is to overrated. please help. ps. i need harmless pranks, not pain full ones
