I've had 3 dots in my eye since I was born - what are they?

I have 3 dots, they're all relatively small - a tad larger than a pinpoint. I've had them since I was born. I don't have headaches or pressure or blind spots or difficulty focusing that eye. They don't move - they're stationary. And as far as I know - since I've never physically viewed the world through someone else's eyes - my viewpoint is the same as everyone else's. They're just there and I don't know what to make of them. Any ideas?
