Serious answers please?

Has anyone had any success with natural enhancement - ie pills, creams, mage etc.? I have never been big, but after having my second child I pretty much have been left with nothing and it is making me really self-concious. I have a good figure, but do feel extremely self-concious in front of my partner, he says he doesn't care but then again, would he actually tell me the truth?? So anyone that may have any experience with natural enhancement please answer..... Thanks!!
