Want a baby but have phobias!?

Ive decided that i want a baby but everytime we say we are going to try i panic and change my mind.i have a deep set phobia of needles and blood so i dnt think i could cope with the bloodtests or pain medications, i also have a fear of anything medical so im petrified of having to have a c section.theres just so many things getting in the way that i know im just destined to end up childless and the thought of that really depresses me, anyone experiencing or experienced anything similar?
