Why can my 15 yr old surf but ppl in china can't find any search results containing "human rights"?

Unfortunantly, it is nearly impossible to have effective age verifications online without completley blocking an entire subject from everyone. That was China's solution to limiting western cultural encroachment. Freedom of expression would prohibit that in America, though.
