Abstract Bug-Bird Tattoo. No idea how to creat it! Advice.?

I am wanting to get a tattoo that is a bug/bird mix.. all one creature. Something along the lines of an insect body, bird feet bird wings. You get the point.. I am getting it for my parents, they have called me bug-bird since the day i can remember. If your gonna say "this is gonna be on you forever youll regret it blah blah blah." save your breath ive been thinking about it for over a year, I need advice on how the helllll do I put the two together.. As you could ume google images doesnt have anything under "bug bird" lol. Advice on what I can do and dont tell me to go to a tattoo artist to draw it out.. There arent any where i live thanks.
