I want to finish my basement, what is the price range?

My basement is about 850 sq feet. I need to add drywall, a ceiling, and a wall to wall carpet. (I don't need prices for extras like lights, paint, furniture, etc...) I was wondering the price in Canadian dollars, or if you know in American you can say that too.
