I tried to find out if salvia divinorum's legal status in my state but no info, help please.?

I'm in WV, I've been googling all day to find out if it's legal but the closest I could get is my neighboring state, Viriginia, where it is illegal, but what about West Virginia, I just couldn't get any info at all, anybody who could provide with link to the sources about the legality of it in WV? Thank you.
