problem?

i've been with my bf for 2 years now, and we have a 4 month old little girl together, everything was going good until he got his new job, he WANTS to work like 80 hours a week!, he only works 40 right now and he comes home from work wich is basicicly a telemarketer so no heavy work, then he eats, watches tv for about an hour and then goes to bed, now me on the other hand i am a stay at home mom, i watch our daughter all day, but i LOVE !, i want it every day, but i am lucky if i get it willingly once a week!....i am about ready to break it off, isn't everything but it is a huge deal to me, he always wants to cuddle-fine, i love to cuddle as well, but is a stress reliever for me, it feels good and i want another baby...i am so frustrated with him...and when he isn't working he plays larp(live action role play) with all his friends and doesn't pay any attention to me, bad thing is masturbation does nothing for me, it HAS to be someone else or i don't get off:(
